Catalyst established in 2008 with the vision to serve and the zeal to achieve a good position in the high profile Electro-mechanical market in the U.A.E. In 2015 we have started HVAC Spare parts & Equipment’s trading division.

Started as a mechanical Contractor, Catalyst gained the expertise to install and maintain the most complicated electro mechanical systems throughout the Middle East. Today, Catalyst has the technical capacity and expertise to manage the most challenging facilities in the U.A.E.

We undertakes turnkey contracts for Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical and Plumbing work in medium-scale projects such as residential properties, high rise buildings, villas, factories and warehouses.

We ensure that each client receives professional advice, appropriate design, quality workman-ship and reliable after sales services. Organization Chart

Training

Catalyst performs scheduled manpower skills development to improve the overall performance of our personnel. Senior project Staff are sent for training to integrate the new technologies available into our project execution process. In our customized training centres, extensive equipment handling and installation procedures are imparted to our project execution personnel to ensure the quality standards are maintained or improved. Employees are graded and assessed regularly to monitor their modification rate and appropriate steps are taken to improve the overall efficiency and ensure the quality of our Project execution.
